We offer two shipping methods:

  • Standard Shipping ($12.95): Shipped via DHL or FedEx with delivery in 10-15 business days after shipment
  • Free Shipping: For orders over $50, shipped via EMS with delivery in 15-25 business days after shipment

5.3 Delivery Areas

We ship worldwide except to certain remote areas and parts of Asia. International delivery times may vary due to customs processing.

5.4 Delivery Issues

If your package appears damaged upon delivery, refuse acceptance or note the damage with the carrier. For missing packages, contact us within 30 days of shipment.

6. Returns and Refunds

6.1 Return Policy

We offer a 15-day return window from the date of receipt. To be eligible for return:

  • Items must be unused, in original packaging with all tags attached
  • Proof of purchase must accompany all returns
  • Certain items are non-returnable for safety reasons (see below)

6.2 Non-Returnable Items

For safety and hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on:

  • Used camping stoves & grills
  • Opened fuel canisters
  • Personalized or custom-ordered gear

Special Note: Sleeping bags must be returned in their original compression sack with hygiene liner intact.

6.3 Return Process

  3. Ship your return using the provided label

6.4 Refunds

Refunds are processed within 3-5 business days after we receive your return. Original shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error. International customers are responsible for return shipping costs.
